District Board of Directors' Special Meeting

March 28, 2002

I.  MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 1:00 P.M.

    A.  Present:

         David Sturges - Chairman     Debra Kelley - Secretary

         Robert Thompson - Co-Chair   David Wilson - Manager

         Leon Beightol - Treasurer

         Robert Anderson - Director 

II. MEETING OBJECTIVE: To open bids for the pole barn.

III. Opening:

The bids were opened and are as follows:

         E. E. Auston & Son, Inc., Falconer, NY - $66,900

         H & K Services, Inc., Conewango Valley, NY - $76,740

The bids were reviewed and turned over to the David Wilson for review and recommendations.

IV. Adjourned: Motion By Anderson seconded by Beightol to adjourn at 1:30 P.M. Carried!
